- Sesame Oil: 150 GM

#### Instructions:

1. **Roasting:** Lightly roast hing and Turmeric in Sesame Oil, then add Bedgi Mirchi, Teja Mirchi, Coriander, Black Pepper, Fennel, Clove, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf,

Star Anise, Fenugreek Seed, Mustard Seed, Green Cardamom, Dry Ginger, Caraway, Mace, Cumin, and Black Cardamom in a dry pan until aromatic. Allow them to cool.

2. **Grinding:** Using a traditional kandap machine, grind the roasted spices to a fine powder.

3. **Storage:** Store the Malvani Masala in an airtight container away from direct sunlight for optimal freshness.
